How the Tierlist works
Every live-tracked game gives you a score relative to that lobby's top scorer (0–100%). Your raw average is just the mean of those — which means one incredible game at 1 game played reads identically to a proven veteran's 80-game average.
The Tierlist fixes that by blending your average with the community's average, weighted by how many games you've actually played:
adjusted score =
(games played × your average + K × community average)
÷ (games played + K)
K = 8
With few games, K dominates and you're judged close to the community average. Past roughly 40 games, K barely matters and you're judged almost entirely on your own record. Tiers (S–F) are then assigned by percentile rank on that adjusted score, same cutoffs as everywhere else on the site (top 10% S, next 15% A, next 25% B, next 25% C, next 15% D, bottom 10% F).
The Canon / Mini / Both toggle picks which events count toward your average — Canon for numbered CMCC events only, Mini for one-off events, Both for everything.
Players with fewer than 5 tracked games (in the selected scope) aren't shown — not enough of a sample for the adjustment to mean much.
